Independent inspection of your site against current health and safety legislation, with a prioritised action list you can hand straight to your foreman. A structured walk-through covering access and egress, work at height, excavations, lifting operations, plant, PPE, welfare and documentation. You receive a photographic report within 48 hours, with findings ranked by risk and a realistic close-out date against each one.
Safety statements, risk assessments, method statements and pre-qualification paperwork prepared and kept current, so tenders and client audits never hold up the job. We write and maintain the documentation your clients, insurers and the HSA expect to see: safety statements, project-specific safety plans, risk assessments and method statements. We also support PSDP and PSCS duty holders and prepare submissions for pre-qualification and tender stages.
A retained safety advisor for your business: scheduled site visits, toolbox talks, and incident support when something comes up mid-pour. A monthly retainer covering scheduled site visits, toolbox talks and training coordination, document upkeep and unlimited email advice. If an incident or an inspection happens, you have someone who already knows your business ready to respond.
Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working at Height and Fire Warden courses, delivered on your site or ours with certification handled for you. Training can be delivered in your canteen or site office, early mornings and Saturdays included, with certificates and records issued straight after. Group bookings for subcontractors are welcome.
We build the management system, write the documentation and prepare the evidence, then stay with you to the assessment. The certificate itself is issued by an independent accredited certification body.

Between us we have spent more than ten years on Irish sites, from housing schemes and civils packages to manufacturing plants and fit-out projects. That background means our reports are grounded in what is achievable on a live programme, not copied out of a template.
